We visited with the Family Franssen!
Mr. Rene Fransen, Boven-Leeuwen Mr. Fransen is a consistent and successful breeder of dressage and jumping horses. Breeder of Mondriaan (Baltzflug x Cadmus), an approved KWPN stallion. Prior owner of Baltzflug (Habicht x Balzjagd x Insterfeuer), a Trakehner stallion used as an improvement sire. Breeder of the Grand Prix dressage horse LeBioux, who was ridden by his daughter. Breeder of the UTV Champion mare Gismette.

You would think a big sign like this in Holland would be easy to find! But NOOOOOO, we drove in circles for quite some time. The visit was well worth the find! |

Nothing like some hay bales for a good hearty round the hay bale bloodline discussion. We also had a super time sitting around the table in the Family Franssen home drinking tea and coffee with yummy dutch pastries. |
